Leadership & Management
We offer a diverse range of leadership and management programmes, ranging from one-to-one coaching to group sessions, delivered virtually or in-person over several hours, a whole day or as multi-day programmes.

We support the enthusiasm of the new manager, helping to develop easy-to-use confidence building techniques and structures to deal with challenging situations. Existing managers benefit from our upskilling and refresher training designed to revitalise, bring skills up to date and provide an opportunity for reflection & heightened self-awareness.

    Delivered as a 5-day programme to cohorts of up to 18 – either in person or remote.
  • Existing Managers
    Delivered in-person as a 5-day programme to cohorts of 12 -15. Includes 4 x 1-1 coaching sessions per participant
  • Strategic Leaders
    Delivered in-person as 6-, 9- and 12 month programmes for 8 – 15 participants Includes monthly 1-1 remote coaching sessions for each participant
  • Teams & Team Working
    • Solution 1: Leadership Team
      Uses the 5 Behaviors® Assessment to assess how well a team of up to eight performs against the 5 essential behaviours of a High Performing Team and create an Improvement Action Plan for even more success.
    • Solution 2: Team Working Workshops
      Delivered by 2 trainers in workshops of up to 20 team members from across the organisation, introduces the behaviours of team working. This workshop can be combined with individual assessments and provide employees at team member level insight into their own working strengths and weaknesses to support development of personalised development plans.
