We started working with Pooja, founder of Malai, when she was building her growing ice cream company. Day-to-day operations kept her busy, and although she always had a clear vision for her business, the grind kept her from actively focusing on growing her business. Perception Insights/Rebecca worked one-on-one with Pooja, starting initially as a sounding board to help set priorities. 

Helping her create a management structure, and encouraging her pivots and decisions supported the growth of her team and her business, especially when unexpected challenges came her way. Pooja was able to start putting her vision into practice and slowly start to scale her business. 

Five years after we first started working together, Malai’s growth metrics include a 3x increase in revenue, a 4x growth in the team, a forecasted 5x expansion in the number of stores, and even more growth expected over the next 18 months.
