Through the many roles she has held within Retail, Logistics and Corporate settings, she has 30 years’ experience of Coaching and Developing Senior Leaders, alongside a proven track record of putting it into practice with her own teams.
Janis has a strong understanding of the complexity of organisations and the need to navigate through the conflicting priorities of multiple stakeholders, knowing from first-hand experience how the world of work has changed rapidly over the last few years. This has driven her interest in Well Being and Resilience, and through her own life experiences is able to work empathically with Senior Leaders as they address their personal and professional challenges.
SJ is a Scotland based business development specialist with fifteen years of experience in sales, marketing communications, training and facilitation, and building and leading teams across a range of sectors.
